Delete your account and data
You can delete your PrecAlgo Range account and synced data from within the app, or request deletion by email.
From within the app
iOS and Android: Settings › About › Delete account and data. When you are signed in, this deletes the data on your device and requests deletion of your server-side account.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete account". We process the request once the sender address matches the account, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted, and when
Your account on our servers, synced equipment configurations (rifles, optics and ammunition) and DOPE cards, and your sign-in account with the identity service are deleted within 7 days; copies on backup media are rotated out within 30 days. Data on your device is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app; backup files you exported elsewhere remain under your control.
